Her lessons will focus on, essential violin tools, such as sound production, intonation, vibrato, bow speed, timing, and much more. Aina also strongly emphasizes musicality, more importantly teaching the student how and what to listen to in music, paying particular attention to phrasing and dynamics, often leading to lively discussions about inspiration and interpretation. Music theory is also an integral part of each lesson.

Her students have auditioned and won highly competitive violin competitions and festivals such as The Junior Bach Festival and The Third Annual Guild Competition. Furthermore, her students were winners of the Concerto Competitions and have been featured as soloists with The Walnut Creek Youth Orchestra, The Virtuoso Program in San Anselmo, and The Berkeley Youth Orchestra.
As a result of their training and commitment, her students enjoy the opportunity of traveling and performing with their orchestras in New York, Los Angeles, Austria, Czech Republic, England, Ireland, and many more. Her students also have been accepted to music colleges, received scholarships, and are currently working on advanced degrees in music.
Through her many years of study, performance, and teaching, Aina has acquired the magical ability to inspire hard work, yet still, have fun in her lessons.
